Elevate your leadership potential at the U!

Our Ed.D. has been redesigned to focus on leadership for innovation and social change in a fully remote, synchronous format.

The Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership and Administration program develops social change leaders in higher education to actively engage with challenging issues of the 21st century, creating equitable environments for learning.

Our new delivery model expands access to scholar-practitioners and leaders beyond the Salt Lake City context. We are excited to launch this new phase of the Ed.D. program here at the U.
