Dr. Edén Cortes-López is a higher education researcher and practitioner. With over 10 years of experience in higher education, Dr. Cortes-López research focus in understanding the inequities in the transfer process at the institutional level that impact minoritized student undergraduate experiences and success. Dr. Cortes-López's practitioner work focus on state-level transfer initiatives, equity assessments, higher education in prison, and policy assessment.
